Letters cut off printing

I am working with Vista 2007 and a HP Officejet Pro L7780. When working with
excel or windows, I am getting the bottom half of the letters on the last
line cut off. this does not happen every time even when using the same
document. It is not the margins because I use the same documents and only
change the necessary info while the format/body remains unchanged. Also, I
can print the same document 5 times and the 5th time it will print
completely. I have tried reducing the font, moving the text up on the page
and still it finds the last line and cuts it off. It's a crap shoot every
time I print. Is this a Vista issue or a printer issue?

Sounds like a printer hardware issue. Check with HP tech support to be sure.
