| Hidden user account information Help! I have three user accounts (one is the Admin one). A second is for my husband. But I seem to have acquired a Guest user account (may have done this accidentally?). Anyhow, my antivirus keeps telling me that this Guest account has a weak password. I want to change the password so followed the steps to get into this user account but find that the only option open to me is to turn it on (it shows as off at present). What is making the information for me to reset (or even give it) the password unavailable on this user account? And how can I access it? |

| Re: Hidden user account information The Guest account is Vista is turned off, and has no password, by default. It sounds like your anti-virus program is being overly agressive when it reports this. See if there is an option in the anti-virus program to ignore this account. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Desktop Experience "Firefly" <Firefly@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E5D706A0-7125-4821-A6FB-0025126653F0@microsoft.com...[color=blue] > Help! > I have three user accounts (one is the Admin one).
