HELP!!! My desktop is turned sideways!!!

My 2 year old got ahold of my computer to watch the Wiggles on youtube and
somehow turned everything sideways. I can't figure out how to restore my
desktop to it's normal upright position. Even my browser comes up sideways.
SOMEONE please help...my neck hurts!

The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video
card, to help it work with monitors that rotate to portrait
orientation. He accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and some arrow key.
Rotate it back using those keys.
