| File Type Manager Solution to lack of one in Vista The removal of the File Type Manager in Vista has been driving me crazy. The "Default Programs" doesn't work 90% of the time and will not allow you to set more than just the default. With Windows XP I was able to set as many "Open With" as I wanted in the list so I had multiple choices like with .png or ..jpg files where I have about 6 applications I use to edit them. I was also able to create my own file type entries too. Anyway I found a cool solution in this freeware program that is simple and easy to use. Cheers, Lara |
