| no sound Hi I just got a new computer - based on Vista Home Premium, supplied with Creative Inspire 5.1 surround sound speakers and a Realtek sound card. When I enter the soundcard setup pages and test various options, the sound plays fine through all speakers. So there is a link between the computer and the speaker system, and the correct speakers are used as they are tested. But I'm not getting any system sounds playing, and nothing from Media Player when playing music files. Any ideas where I should be looking? Thanks |
