| Mouse Pointer Dissappears My Laptop DEll Inspiron 1520 Windows Vista Home 1GB RAM Celeron 1.86GHz When watching moives my mouse disappears. If I use the CTRL key to locate it, the circle indicates but cannot get the mouse to return without shutting down.....powering off! Please advise |

| Re: Mouse Pointer Dissappears Open Device Manager in Control Panel, doubleclick your USB Root Hub(s) and set the Power Management tab to not "allow computer to turn off this device" -- Was this helpful? | Re: Mouse Pointer Dissappears Hi Mark Thanks for the reply. I looked at the USB check box setting, but it it wasn't checked. Although I don't think it's relevant as I am using a PS/2 mouse. What I meant to say was that the mouse pointer dissappears. Any other suggestions "Mark L. I wondered if there was some other setting in Vista that I might have overlooked but I concluded that it may be a Vista flaw.
