Put me as a beneficiary on your life insurance policy so I can benefit
when you die of despair.

I will - after you've lost all your sensitive data or had your machine
tampered with....

How do you known that? Have you tried the hacks? My guess is that you
haven't and don't even know where to get them.

Then maybe turn off the Firewall, and don't replace it with a
third-party.

Don't install an AV package, and spend all your time on Porn/media
sites.

THEN you will have "no security".
But after removing all security, your machine will not be yours
anymore. Instead, it will belong to Ivan over in the former Soviet
Union.

Have fun!!!

Why would anyone put unencrypted "sensitive data" on any computer?

You're missing the point. I didn't ask for no security. I asked
how to turn off all the security IN VISTA.

Unless Ivan has a key to my front door and the encryption keys,
he ain't gonna find much.

It's just a guess, but I expect that there are far more people
trying to exploit MS security than any one of the third party tools.
