What, if anything, can be deleted from the WinSxS folder?

I have a winsxs folder under C:\Windows, which is okay -- but I have another
one under E:\Windows, which is not okay. My E: drive is a physically
separate hot-swappable SATA drive, and is not always in the computer. I need
to move the winsxs folder off the E: drive. Is there a way to do that?
