| Event ID 46 Crash Dump Initialization failed! For those of you using Vista and having problem with double entries in Event Viewer since SP1 of volmgr "crash dump initialization failed!" ...... here is the solution that fixed it for me. Goto Control Panel\System and Maintenance\System      |
