Window Displays

Hi, (Vista Home Pro)

When I open a Window, say control panel, I always have to resize it to my preference. I have tried, when I close, to close it with CTRL and the corner close button and with SHIFT and the corner close button.

But most of the windows I open seem to have a mind of their own in terms of look and feel.....!

Even if I change the view to say medium icons, or detail view, it comes back next time I open to a what seems to be a random view ands size!!

It is minor I know, but I would like to be able to control it.....

Any views gratefully received?

Cheers

Re: Window Displays

Hi,

That "trick" never worked with the corner button, it was ctrl or
shift+file/close.
