I am running windows vista and I deleated my recycle bin off my desk top I
did a system restore point and that did not work how do I get it back?

Try this right click on the desktop then select personalize , then select
change desktop icons check the box the says recycle bin,click apply and it
should be back.

The Recycle Bin does not appear on the desktop
