Can't read data DVDs burned in XP using nero, in Vista

Hi.

Bought a new laptop which has vista ultimate 64-bit on it but I can't read
my old data DVDs which I burnt using nero on my old XP laptop.

When I put the old DVDs into an XP PC they're readable and in the sidebar on
the left it states its file system is CDFS.

How do I make the disc readable on my Vista run Laptop?

Any help would be appreciated.

Geoff
