Desktop Icons and text appear fuzzy.

Not sure if its Windows Vista or my Monitor (Westinghouse LCM-22w3 Widescreen
Monitor) but everything appears fuzzy. I have my resolution set at its native
setting of 1680 x 1050 pixels. I also have the cleartype option enabled but
when I disable it...nothing improves. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried changing the DPI? Control Panel/Personalize/Tasks pane/Font
Size(DPI)

You could try making a screen capture, by pressing PrtScrn, and then Pasting
it into MS Paint, and then saving it as a bitmap (.bmp) or .png file. Do
not use any other, like .gif of .jpg. Then upload it to
http://imageshack.us/ or similar, without resizing the image, and post the
link here.

If everything looks okay for everybody else here, you have a problem with
your monitor, or monitor cable.

ss.
