| Re: "folder in use" error when trying to drag folder It's possible the system is doing something like backup, defrag, or disk cleanup. If it goes away over time, that's probably it. Unexpand the subject folder, click on some other folder to display its contents in the right pane. Then try to drag and drop the non-expanded/non-highlighted subject folder. -Frank |

| Re: "folder in use" error when trying to drag folder Thanks Mark. I disconnected the external harddisk which makes a daily backup. This did NOT help. Then I restarted the whole computer. This helped. Problem still not solved though you are probably right about its origin. "Mark L.
