The > words rip off, con & con, come to mind! Those are the correct words, along with greed and MS not only not caring about its paying customers but holding them in total disdain. Don't feel bad, though, in Spain, it's almost 1500 US dollars or 920 euros for Office 07 Ultimate and that's the SALE PRICE! See: http://www.elcorteingles.es/informatica/producto/producto.asp?referencia=28610737760 For Vista Ultimate, it's 569.05 euros or 920.50 US Dollars and that's ON SALE too! http://www.elcorteingles.es/informatica/producto/producto.asp?referencia=28610737885 Now, if you really need Office 07, why don't you get someone in the USA to buy it for you and send it to you? Microsoft needs to raise the money to fend off the silly lawsuits you keep filing against them somehow! |

With your "logic", Microsoft doesn't charge the retailers *anything* on which to base their retail price. And, for your ignorant information, I buy all my Microsoft software from a wholesaler and the price increase is just as obscene. Now trot along and let the adults continue the conversation without your childish interruptions. Alias |

Once the wholeseller/distributor pays for the software from MS they can charge whatever they want. So can the retailer. Best you give up trying to be a marketing genius, cause you're just a stupid, lying linux troll. Frank |

I have spoken with both the retailers and the wholesalers and, well, they are told by MS what the minimum is that they can charge. Both MS and the retailers/wholesalers think that your average EU consumer won't know it's more expensive here than in the USA. One would think that a "marketing genius" like yourself would know how to spell "wholesalers". Alias |

Stick with your sheep and your butt-buddy onthepot. Give up lying, it's not working. Frank |

Oh please tell me that you're not really that fukkin stupid...LOL! >> >> >> Sorry pal but that amounts to "price fixing" and Mario the dictator >> would have the EU on them in a NY min. > > > The price that MS sells it to the wholesaler is set by MS. No sh*t sherlock! It's MS's software so they determine the price that they sell to the wholesaler/distributor. But that's not what we're talking about is it? We're talking about the retail price that the wholesaler/distributor/retail sells it at...and it sure as hell ain't at the min price MS says it may be sold at..and they can set that price anywhere above the min suggested price they want...and obviously they do! You're a dumb fukkin idiot! No wonder you're broke! Frank |
