| RE: MSCONFIG stole 1GB of RAM!!! Hi MPglasier82ABN, Simply reverse the MsConfig procedure. In the 'BOOT Advanced Options' screen, you will have had to check 'Maximum memory:' in order to access the drop down box to change the maximum amount of memory accessible to Vista. All you need to do is to clear this check box and click 'OK' and then close MsConfig. When you restart Vista, you should have all your installed memory available.
