Date Change Sporadically

I recently uprgraded from XP to Vista Home Premium

Sometimes and only sometimes when I get my laptop back after my husband
borrows it the date is totally wrong. Like June 07, May, etc.

This has never happened to me, but maybe its like when the car won't work
for me and does for him.

I just think it's weird cause whenever you do anything on Vista it asks if
you were the one who accessed the program and my husband says he's not
changing the date.

Someone said it was a battery issue, but I have an upgraded 12 cell battery
so I am not thinking that is the issue.

Any suggestion are appreciated.

Re: Date Change Sporadically

I don't know about your laptop, but most desktops have a separate button
battery that powers that clock.
