streaming video as a screensaver?

there is a live video webcam of my favorite vacation spot that i want to use
as a screensaver. on the website that is streaming the video, they are using
media player. is this possible and if so, how? (i have already tried using
a program called active screensaver, or something like that put out by
e-motions).

thanks in advance for any help.

Re: streaming video as a screensaver?

You could ask the folks running the website if they would provide a video
clip for you, otherwise you're out of luck. The method used to deliver
streaming video to your PC prevents those types of videos from being used,
saved, passed on, etc. except as a live streaming feed.
