I recently "replaced" the default background that came with my computer (the
picture that shows up on the desktop). How do I get the default background
back? I can't find anything to help me with this.

Right-click on the Desktop,. and choose Personalize
Click "Desktop Background"
Select "Windows Wallpapers" from the drop-down
Under "Vistas" section, select the default Vista wallpaper (img24.jpg)
Click OK.
