Remote Assistance

I want to make sure what I reseached...I understand correctly....

If a User running WindowsXP invites me (I am running Vista Home Prem
32bit)...to assistance them...they can invite me and we can connect and I
will be able to assist the XP User.......even taking over their PC.

However, I can't invite the XP User to assistance me....ie...takeover my
PC.....

Correct?

Re: Remote Assistance

Yes. You can invite them to start one as your helper and they will be able
to do that. Be sure to 'run as administrator' when you start the assistance
app or invite.

Re: Remote Assistance

Remote assistance has worked going both ways for me although it is not
working at this time. I'm trying to figure out what happened.
