Wait until your screen flashes green and blue then press the ID-10-T keys
on your keyboard and you got it.

Admin

Right click the Desktop and select personalize.
Click Window color and appearance.
Click Open Classic appearance properties......
In the Color Scheme section, select 'Windows Vista Basic'.
