Word perfect did not install the same on Vista

I backed up the Word Perfect Program that I had on XP and moved it to Vista.
It ran well except the Spell Check function does not work like it did on XP.
Any suggestions?

Reinstall the program from the original source media.

I'm amazed that it ran at all. In general, you can not simply move a
program from one computer to another. That's because an installed
program (all except a very few small programs) has many registry
entries and other supporting files within \windows that you lose when
you do this.

You need to reinstall the program from within Vista.
