| Vista64 - Windows Update re-arranges desktop icons I have Vista Ultimate Edition (64-bit). When Windows Update restarts my computer, it re-arranges all my carefully places desktop icons. I then have to waste time putting them back. The placement of the icons suggests that it thinks my display is the 1280x1024 shape and its trying to fit them into that. In fact my display is the widescreen shape. This does not occur when I manually restart the computer. Can anyone solve this? -- Regards, Colin |
