Anyone who makes the disgusting comments you refer to is not worth the
time of day. To insinuate such a thing should be enough to get him banished
from the Microsoft newsgroups forever. Of course, we know that is not going
to happen.
I finally had enough of him a few days ago and decided to killfile him,
along with a few others. Nobody deserves these sick, incestuous comments.
The man is indeed a coward, someone hiding behind an alias because he
is too ashamed of his own identity. You and your family have been deeply
wronged by his comments. I sympathize with you.
You should take the high road and not respond to him at any time for
any reason, or just killfile him. People who seek attention cease to do so

Frank, I haven't seen the remarks that Alias has made (mainly because the
threads between all of you are getting ridiculous) but, may I say that I
have pointed out in previous posts that you are all getting close to the
mark. Where Alias lives is currently irrelevant. If you feel that you have
been libeled by Alias (and I suggest you read the laws on libel (both of
you!) I suggest you contact a Lawyer without delay. The lawyer can lobby
Alias ISP for details and, if Libel is proven remedial action can be taken
against the person concerned, his/her ISP and any newsgroup publishing the
libeled comments. I will point out that suing or libel is an expensive
pastime and should not be entered into lightly and, without taking sides,
you should be aware that he 'libeler 'must' prove that his comments are
true, it is not up to the person who has been libeled to prove that they are
untrue (well that's how it is under UK law, anyway.)

The newsgroups maybe 'public' but using them does does 'not' give anyone the
right to spread malicious, libelous or untrue stories about another person.
If you do so, then you must, and will, face the consequences.
