Problem with internet and shutting down

It has been bothering me for a while already
Whenever i've started up my computer for a while (say, about 20 hours), it
will just stop establishing any new connections
For example, i'm downloading a file, chatting on msn, and reading some
websites at the same time. When that happens, i cant open any websites
anymore, but the file is still downloading, and i can still chat with my
friends. But if i close the chat window and want to start another chat, it
just wont connect. Same as if i stop the download and want to resume again,
it wont connect. The only solution i know so far is to restart my computer
and everything will be fine again. Then after some hours it happens again.
I mean it isnt really a big problem but sometimes it can be really annoying
when u have to stop all u r working on and reboot. Anyone knows what's the
reason for that?

Another problem is when i leave the computer on for some time and try to
shut it down, it will automatically restart itself. After that i click
shutdown again and this time it really shuts down. How can I fix it?

Thanks a lot and sorry for my English

Re: Problem with internet and shutting down

Something is causing a 'restart on error'. This is writing an Event to the
Event Viewer for you. Start orb, type eventvwr.msc.

The load failure is probably related. I would guess one of the drivers in
your system needs refreshing. Try to identify the name of the file causing
the error, and determining what is using it

Re: Problem with internet and shutting down

Not much you can do for a memory leak. Wait for a service pack to fix it.
