How Can I Get Rid of This Message?

Running Vista Ultimate, 64-bit, Classic mode, for about two
months. Everything I've tried seems to work, and I'm happy
with it. I have a minor irritation; whenever I restart my
computer I get the following message

"The procedure entry point GetFileVersionInfoA could not be
located in the dynamic link library VERSION.dll."

I click OK and the message goes away, but I'd like to find a
way to get rid of that message. The message doesn't tell me
anything I understand, or warn me of any risks that I'm
aware of - so it is useless to me.

Help/enlightenment appreciated.
