| persistent state Hello, A file called 'persistent state' has appeared in my user folder, does anyone know what it & can I delete it. It seems to have no file type. If I open it in notepad it contains gibberish. Thanks KK |

Its creation date may provide some clues if there's nothing discernible in its contents. "Uninstall or change a program" in control panel has an 'Installed on' column which may also help in that respect. -- Jon |
