Photoshop CS3

I am running Windows vista 64 bit system currently.
Upon installing the Service pack 1 the Photoshop CS3 no longer opens photo
file (in jpg format). Prior to the update the photoshop software was fully
operational.

Is there an available solution to this issue?

Re: Photoshop CS3

Hi Mark,
Under the control panel/default programs i did not see an option to change
file associations. Could it be listed as something else?
