can anyone tell me how to run recovery disc?

Press F8 repeatedly after the BIOS screen, during the 'black screen portion,
before the windows logo appears.

Simply follow the Recovery or Restoration instructions provided by
the manufacturer, either in the manual that accompanied the computer, or
from the manufacturer's web site.
