| my battery icon has gone hi my battery icon has randomly disapeared from the task bar and it is dead annoyn cos i have to go into control pannel to change the power settings is there a way to get it back on the bar please thx |

| RE: my battery icon has gone Hi tomuk, Right click the start orb and select 'Properties'. Select the 'Notification Area' tab. In the section headed 'System icons', check that there is a tick in the checkbox next to 'Power'. The other three options in this section are also useful ones to display if you aren't already displaying them. They are selected in the same way as described above.
