Ubuntu, Windows Server, TechNet, MSDN? Go get a job and stop worrying about
the petty stuff.

I am a developer and I don't really care that SP1 is a month away. It just
isn't that important to me.

I could have installed the BETA version, but I didn't want to screw up my

We've heard the feedback and I want to update you on our plans and progress
for making SP1 available to our beta participants, our Volume Licensing
customers, and our MSDN/TechNet Plus subscribers:

a.. Late Friday we made SP1 RTM available to individuals and companies who
participated in the SP1 beta program
b.. At the end of this week we will be making the English version of
Windows Vista SP1 available to Volume Licensing customers. Other languages
will follow soon after
c.. Later this month, SP1 will be available to MSDN and TechNet Plus
subscribers
I want to be super-clear on one point: Windows Vista SP1 is final. It has
been fully released to manufacturing and we do not plan to make any changes
to the SP1 code prior to public availability

Yep, I just checked, SP1 is not available on MSDN Subscriber Downloads.

Perhaps it is the price we should pay for not doing beta testing. I have no
regrets though. My Vistas are in perfect shape as it is.

He is a subscriber that's for sure. He has information only a subscriber can
acquire. He may be a developer also. There are people so bright in software
world that they learn this stuff like they inhale fresh air. They are not in
show off business. I am not sure he is one of them I am just saying he might
be.

That is not to say that his way to entertain himself at other users expense
is nothing short of despicable.

Then you are NOT a developer. The network management certificate is acquired
by enrolling in mass production educational business with a fast track. They
exist on gov grants and are interested in volume.

I've met a character like this once. Nobody dared hiring him. He was totally
bewildered why. That black guy could barely articulate anything computer
