Warning about SP1! (lanugage packs missing)

O have installed SP1 RTM but I dont see the LANGUAGES MUI packs in the
ultimate extras anymore

Also I remember that there were some extra videos for dreamscene.. but I
dont see them either...


I wonder why there are no language packs?

How did you get RTM? Last thing I heard, it was still under Release
candidate stage.

I don't have a link on me, but in the SP1 technical forum it was discussed
that the language packs for SP1 aren't ready so SP1 hides the "old" languages
that aren't compatible with SP1.

yes thats what I thought

also some news here ... if you already have a lanuage pack you have to
remove it prior to installing the SP1
at least this is the case with the english only downloadable service pack
and to this date.. I suspect that things will be fixed in march with
autoupdate

Public release on update tuesday in March next month.

Digital signature on SP1 RTM shows that it was finished and packed back on
January 19th, 2008.

A lot of people have been running SP1 RTM now for days/weeks.
