Windows Calendar

I have a recurring appointment the 2nd Monday of each month. I am just
wondering if Windows Calendar can do that. I have been using Calendar
Creator, but have just gotten a new computer with Vista and windows calendar
came with. I thought if it would do the same things as calendar creator I
would keep it.

RE: Windows Calendar

Choose the first Monday on the calendar. Set the View to week, click the
needed hour on monday, then in the appt. Info, area set the recurrance drop
box to advanced. The 'Recurrance' dialog will have a radio button for first
Monday.

RE: Windows Calendar

Thank you for your help. Your suggestion has gotten me closer to what I
needed to do. The appt. is actually the 4th Monday, rather than the 3rd that
I had originally written. i found where I could choose the reccurrence
frequency and then I could choose the number of days, weeks, etc. I chose
every 4 weeks and that gets me close, other than the months with 5 weeks. As
I said though, I am closer than I was. Thank you.

RE: Windows Calendar

If you prefer to not rate this as helpful, that's fine, but none the less,
the setting that you want is easily available to the calendar by setting the
week to 4 and the day to Monday, and the advanced drop box to every month and
the forth Monday
