Windows Meeting Space cannot connect to the meeting

This invitation is for a meeting on a network that you are not connected to.
to connect to this meeting, you need an Internet connection.

The two notebooks are standing side by side. They both make use of the same
wireless network Access Point. They both have got an IP adress from the same
DHCP Server. When hosting a meeting on notebook 1 in windows meeting space,
the other notebook shows the hosted meeting. When sending an invitation
file the other notebook receives the invitation successfully. HOWEVER,
everytime he is not able to join the meeting and all the times gives the same
error message as printed above. The other notebook is also seen as
OFFLINE?????
