| dial up connection i have a windows vista basic, and are with digiweb broandband at the moment and want to no why dial up connection keeps comming up all the time.it could come up in the middle of a page or when i first turn on my laptop, i am not connected to any phone line, i only have the box, and it not wireless.      |
