Same problem, Turn on Computer, starts to load then it blinks what is
shown in the picture, which was fast to read. (not the loading part
where you press the F8, F12 etc keys but the one after) Non of the
computer start ups options, safe mode included doesn't work neither does
the start up repair work. It happened after I installed windows service
pack 2 from the windows updates.
