Windows Movie Maker

I've got problems with Windows Movie Maker. After installing the Axis Media
Control I'm not able to import an AVI-file. Windows has found a solutions for
the problem. "This problem was caused by AXIS Media Control. AXIS Media
Control was created by Axis Communications."
I removed the axis Media Control but the problem is still there. Has anyone
else got this problem? (I'm from Sweden so excuse my english!)
