Internet TV does not play - Technology Questions

Internet TV does not play

In my windows media center, internet TV contents show properly, such as news,
sports, etc. But when I click something, the screen simply shows up the
little circle for a few seconds and then go right back to the title list. I
can never get those clips to play. What's wrong? Thanks.
