Settings in Vista That are Equivalent to Settings in XP

I'm using an application that requires that I adjust what was "Hardware
Acceleration" in XP. (Sound and Audio Properties--> Advanced--> Performance
--> Hardware Acceleration --> change from Full to None). Their documentation
hasn't been updated to reflect Vista. I can't find any equivalent setting in
Vista Business. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Control Panel/Personalization/Display Settings/Advanced
Settings/Troubleshoot. If you card allows it, you should find it there.
