Something has just changed in Vista: In order to wee drop down menus, I must
run the mouse pointer over the menu items. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Thanks for your suggestion, but since I am unfamiliar with Vista I not find
the command bar. I would appreciate it if you could suggest how to bring
this bar on screen. BTW, restarting my computer seems to have cleared the
frop down menu problem

The Command Bar is located in common explorer shells such as Computer,
Documents, Pictures and Music to name a few.
