It is definitely the letter "c" which initiates this problem. Also - we all post our problems here; does Microsoft ever bother to read these postings and offer solutions. I have never once seen an answer from Microsoft - WHY NOT? - surely it is their software, and they should be the best entity to provide and answer. |

What happens if you try a different keyboard? 2. This is a peer-to-peer public group where we try to help each other. Yes, it's hosted on Microsoft's news server, but it's not an official technical support facility. |

It's not a matter of their "bothering" to read this newsgroup, it's that you're in the wrong place if you want Microsoft. This isn't Microsoft, but is a peer support newsgroup. We are all just Windows Vista users here, helping each other if and when we can. We are not Microsoft employees (not even those of us with "Microsoft MVP" behind our names; that's an honorary title for having provided consistently helpful advice) except for an occasional employee who posts here unofficially on his own time. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP - Windows Desktop Experience Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
