Cannot Open Sidebar Slideshow Photo

I choose a folder to start the slide show and the slideshow works fine.
When I try to Open a Photo on the sidebar slide show, I get the following
error:

C:\users\Hp_administrator\pictures\2007-5-26\03.jpg
Application Not found

This works fine on my wife's new Vista computer but not mine.

Any ideas? Many Thanks!!!

Re: Cannot Open Sidebar Slideshow Photo

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.

RE: Cannot Open Sidebar Slideshow Photo

Thanks, that did not work. However for some reason .jpg files were not
associated with any program. I Did Start>Default Programs> Associate File
type or protical with Program> I scrolled the file extensions and found out
.jpg was NOT associated with any program and I associated the file extension
with Window Photo Gallary it now works fine. Thanks for the Speedy response.
I'll certainly stop back by if I have anymore issues. The Scan did not find
any integrity violations btw, I guess that's a good thing.

Many thanks
