Hi, i have had this problem ever since i upgraded to vista, I dont know
what causes it but when im working in 3ds max or photoshop about 45
minuites after i loaded the program my taskbar and all windows open
will appear in a odd way. new windows can not be opened or viewed
properly and the only way to turn off the pc (as you cannot open the
start menu) is ctrl+alt+delete ect. It isnt allways the program i have
opened that causes this, sometimes for no aparent reason this will
occour until i restart.

does anyone have a soloution please? :)

This looks like possible display driver problem. Have you tried updating
your video card driver to see if it will correct the issue? Have you updated
the programs you have experienced this problem under (Photoshop, 3D Max)?
