| Text Selector/Insertion Point icon disappears Why does the text insertion point icon disappear whenever it is on top of words when I am in Microsoft Word? This occurred after I tried to change “schemes” in Mouse Properties. The text select/insertion point was so small and difficult to see in the “Windows Aero” system scheme, I wanted to change the visual appearance of the mouse. But when I tried to change the scheme to “Magnified” or “Aero Extra Large”, or go to Ease of Access and go to “Make the mouse easier to use” – the result of those actions is the same – the mouse disappears. When I changed it back to the DIFFICULT TO SEE "Windows Aero" I could see it again, but barely, because it is so small! I have Windows Vista Home Premium 2006. I am running it on a Dell Inspiron 9400, Intel® Core ™2 CPU laptop. -- Foo needs help |
