Windows Easy Transfer

Have to go back to XP to many major problems with Vista

Can I use Windows Easy Transfer to move all the files and folders back to XP

Hi,

No, it only works in the other direction. You might try XP's version, but it
may get confused by the newer user file structure. I wouldn't rely on it.
Backup data you do not wish to lose before beginning by copying it to
removable media, do not use Vista backup for this.

You could use PCMover (a Laplink program) to transfer whatever you wanted
back to your XP system.
