Windows Explorer has stopped working

Hi all,
I'm bought a HP Pavilion has Windows Vista Home Premium -32bits operation.
When I open The local disk C,Windows announced that 'Windows Explorer has
stopped working' and i can't explorer any folders in C:\
Anyone help me ? What's the problem?

IF this is a new computer, the proper response is to return it to the place
of purchase for replacement or warranty repair. A new system should not
behave so.

What's the fault bucket data for that crash according to the Problem Reports
and Solutions center:
