A fellow worker gave me some data in a USR file format, and I can't open it.
What program do I need to open it. It's late and I meet with FEMA tomorrow
on this data.

particular file extension.

Hi,

As Richard's link indicates, that file type can be created by several
programs. Contact your source as to which one was used to create them, as
you will need the same program or one that is compatible with that file type
in order to open them.
