Start Up Menu folder

Hi

Can someone tell me where i can find the old StartUp Program Files folder, i
need to reorganise my start up menu and cannot bear the multiple clicks i
have to do from the menu itself

Right click the Start Button and select Properties. Select the Classic Start
Menu option.

All users programs folder:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

User profile programs folder:
C:\Users\%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\W indows\Start
Menu\Programs

Thanks for the post

In Xp, I would go to the local C Drive > Documents and folders > select the
user > Start menu > program files and I could see all the short cuts nd I
could add folders and generally reorganise.

can seem to see where that's done now

Alex

You can simply right click the Start Button and select Explore to open the
user specific Start Menu/Programs folder.

To go to the All Users Start Menu/Programs folder right click and select
Explore All Users.
