| Control panel and all functions go missing This may be a newbie question but my control panel and all functions inside it go missing or cannot be accessed. I know there are a lot of different ways to gain access to control panel functions but it seems to be getting harder to find. At this point Start/Control Panel draws the window and disappears to nothing. Why is this? are others having this trouble, have I done something wrong? Then when I start to freak (computer is very new) Start/Control Panel will be fully functional. Restarting is not the answer though and freaking is a hard on the nerves. Sometimes I can get in via Computer and the tree e.g.. Computer/a/c/ d/network/control panel/recycle bin that way mostly works but not always. Please help.....M |

Copy/paste "services.msc" into Start Orb/Menu's search bar, press enter- to quickly get to Administrative Tools>Services. Also- do have Nero installed? -Michael |
