Can't sync MotoQ Smartphone with Outlook 07

I keep getting error message (Code: 0x85010014 - Activesync encountered a
problem on the desktop). I have installed latest WMDC and have tried all
suggestions in this discussion group I can find, but still fails. I can find
no Activesync files to remove.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Can't sync MotoQ Smartphone with Outlook 07

Hi Andre,
Thanks for the response so quickly. Unfortunately Moto Q's solution is to
go back to the Microsoft WMDC troubleshooting site. Vicious circle.

There's a lot of discussion on this topic. Maybe someone has a new idea.

Thanks again.
